The Kellers moved to the Florida Keys in 1993, after a fishing vacation. They decided to give up the
mainland, where Jan had owned and operated an apartment motel in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
They purchased a home and built a business in the Keys. Jan obtained her real estate license and
is a member of the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Sales Team. Scott is a full-time fishing charter captain
and sports enthusiast.
Scott and Jan are very committed to the community and spend much of their free time enjoying the
