I have been a licensed Realtor in the Florida Keys since 1987 and my
experience in Real Estate began over 24 years ago. It started when
I was a secretary at a local Title Insurance Company, then being
promoted to a Closing Agent and eventually becoming the Manager
of the Islamorada office. In 1987, I moved on to working at the
"Palms of Islamorada Condominium" in 1987 and became one of the
1st Licensed Condominium Manager in the State of Florida until 1998,
when I decided to go into real estate full-time.

discovered Islamorada in the early 80's while on vacation from the
snow and cold, as they say "We came for a week and stayed a
lifetime."
The love for skiing became replaced by the love of the waters of the
Keys. Geoff's family, having owned property and vacationed in the
keys for 25 years, gave him the local fishing knowledge he needed to
become a successful Back-Country Guide. Cheri became very involved
in starting and organizing many fly fishing tournaments for women
including the Women's World Invitation Fly Tarpon Tournament.

have had the distinct pleasure of working in this very special island
community of the Florida Keys. Specifically, I have specialized in the
Upper Keys area, from Key Largo to Marathon, for 12 years, with an
emphasis on personal, quality attention toward my clients, whether

My family and I have been residents of the Upper Keys for 18 years.
My husband, Lonny Shaw, who is a native Floridian, is a

to choose a college, our eldest child opted to remain the South Florida
