Bruce is a native of the Charlottesville, Virginia area. After
graduating from the University of Richmond with a B.A. degree
in Economics, he entered the real estate profession, establishing
his own multi-associate firm in 1976, specializing in sales of
private estate and second-home properties. He is a graduate of
the REALTORS Institute at the University of Virginia, and has
been honored as the Business Person of the Year, and as
REALTOR of the Year. He has served the REALTOR
organization as local Association President, Vice-President of
the State Association , and as Director of the National
Association of REALTORS.

William and Thomasine Harper, third generation Key West residents, have
twenty-six years experience in the Real Estate Industry that began in 1978. The
Harpers began their Realty corporation in May of 1989, and in October of 1990
they began the successful Property Management corporation. Between the two
companies the Harpers have enjoyed true success in business. Currently, the
Harpers manage eighty-one properties and broker one third of all sales in Key
West.
The Harpers have built their reputation on their leadership in marketing, property
management and commercial and residential sales here in Key West. The success
that the Harpers share in the Real Estate Industry is a result of their dedication,
experience, renowned reputation in Key West and because they always put the
needs of customers first.
William and Thomasine share a  passion for boating, the ocean, animals and
beautiful outdoor Key West life. The combination of working smart and hard and
an enjoyable attitude has afforded them a rewarding life in paradise.
Before beginning a career in Real Estate, I spent 35 years in the
fashion business, many as an executive. I was the first Women
President of a Fortune 500 company, generating sales of over
$25,000,000. I have done everything from sales and marketing to
product development, to managing five divisions of Bill Blass. In
1982 I was elected to Who's Who American Business Woman.
After high pressure jobs in New York, my husband and I decided to
retire in Key West. While searching for a home in Key West eight
years ago and working with some of the best Agents, I decided
that Real Estate would be a great place for me to use my people
skills. I began my career at Coldwell Banker Schmitt 4 years ago
and just recently joined Preferred Properties, a Christie’s Affiliate.
My personal performance was in the top 16 percent of all sales
associates across the country earning membership into the
International Diamond Society for 2005.
Jerry moved to Key West in June 2000 from New
Jersey. Educated at Providence College (B.S.'68)
and Seton Hall University (M.B.A.'73), his past
awards include Who's Who In American

Sharon has lived in Key West over 20 years. A mother of
two and very knowledgeable of our community. She has
owned her own residential and commercial properties in
Key West throughout the years. Sharon will be happy to
help you and your family find your home in sunny paradise.
Licensed in the states of Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia, Bruce, upon relocating to the Lower Keys,
quickly became absorbed in the culture of Florida Keys real estate. He is a full-time professional, highly
dedicated to his work, and gets tremendous satisfaction through the successful negotiation of sales and
purchases of homes and investment properties for his clients here in the Keys.
When taking a break from the business of Florida Keys real estate, Bruce enjoys fishing, snorkeling, kayaking,
and treasure hunting along the shoreline of the Lower Keys. He and his wife, Terri, live on Cudjoe Key, and are
active in community activities here in the Lower Keys.
