A third generation "conch", Kim returned to Key West in 1982
after receiving her BSN from the University of Maryland School
of Nursing and spent the next 16 years as an R.N. in
ICU/Surgery. After marrying Tony Rettenwander in 1993, they A

company Redco Construction, Inc. in 1997. With Tony as
contractor, Kim worked along side her husband and managed
the construction office. Over the years they have become a
successful award winning business, specializing in historic
renovation and customer satisfaction.

Taking someone out on the boat to catch their first lobster, watch their first Key
West sunset, and play on uninhabited islands is a true delight for me. It always
